Step1: Problem-Solving
We crafted a linear customer journey—from reception to service areas—streamlining interactions and enhancing flow. This clear progression minimizes confusion, reduces wait times, and fosters a calm, efficient experience that respects both customer needs and operational effectiveness.
Step 2: Planning
Zoning was carefully planned to prioritize client comfort while ensuring visual security around teller counters and back offices. Clear separations and sightlines maintain privacy and safety without compromising a welcoming atmosphere, balancing openness with discreet operational control.
Step 3: Design
Natural stone surfaces, subtle Islamic motifs, and warm LED lighting combined to create a calm, trusting atmosphere. These elements evoke stability and tradition while fostering a welcoming environment that puts clients at ease and reflects the bank’s commitment to integrity and respect.
