Step1: Problem-Solving
The challenge was to preserve the club’s cultural essence while integrating new-age fitness, dining, and event spaces. We approached this by enhancing existing architecture, reimagining underused areas, and weaving in modern materials—ensuring continuity in character while supporting evolving member needs and lifestyle expectations.
Step 2: Planning
Zoning was carefully studied to separate social, fitness, and recreational activities while maximizing flow and privacy. Each function was placed to reduce overlap and noise spill, allowing members to transition smoothly between spaces—whether working out, dining, or relaxing—without disruption to the club’s refined and leisurely environment.
Step 3: Design
We worked with heritage textures and arched corridors, maintaining the club’s historic charm, while integrating modern finishes like glass, steel, and acoustic treatments. This fusion preserved character while enhancing functionality—offering members a space that feels both timeless and contemporary, ideal for diverse experiences in a single destination.
