We prioritized openness and speed by designing an airy floor plan with intuitive customer routing. Clear pathways and strategically placed service points reduce congestion and wait times, ensuring a smooth, efficient experience that aligns with modern banking needs and customer expectations.

Retail counters, digital banking kiosks, and business service lounges were distinctly zoned to optimize functionality and user experience. This separation allows customers to navigate services efficiently, whether seeking quick transactions, self-service options, or private consultations, enhancing overall operational flow and satisfaction.

Glossy surfaces, bold MCB greens, and frosted glass dividers combined to modernize the user journey. These design elements create a vibrant yet professional atmosphere, guiding customers smoothly through the space while reinforcing brand identity and ensuring privacy without sacrificing openness.
