Step1: Problem-Solving
We focused on crafting a circulation system that connects all users intuitively, ensuring seamless navigation across diverse functions and levels of Park Tower. The design of this building promotes clarity, accessibility, and interaction, making movement through the space both effortless and engaging.
Step 2: Planning
At Park Tower, public and private functions were strategically stacked within optimized vertical zones, enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining clear spatial hierarchies. This vertical organization supports seamless circulation, privacy, and purposeful interaction across all levels.
Step 3: Design
Glass façades, landscaped terraces, and ambient lighting were thoughtfully arranged to frame the user experience, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior, and creating moments of openness, calm, and visual delight throughout the building.
