Step1: Problem-Solving
Our primary challenge was achieving a balance between the demands of high-volume operations and the need for user comfort. Through smart spatial planning, material choices, and environmental controls, we created a space that supports intensive workflows without compromising on human well-being.
Step 2: Planning
We strategically organized machinery, loading bays, and staff zones to ensure minimal interference and maximum efficiency. This clear separation of functions streamlines operations, reduces congestion, and enhances both safety and productivity within the workspace.
Step 3: Design
The building envelope is designed to enable natural cross-ventilation, enhancing indoor air quality and thermal comfort. Clerestory lighting introduces ample daylight deep into the interior, significantly reducing reliance on artificial lighting and lowering overall power consumption.
